went out tonight from 8:15 to 9. got one slot and missed a few others, should have had at least 3 more but oh well.. beautiful night except for the bugs. using crappie rigs on the bottom with minnows and worms and all hit on the worms.

went out with the family saterday morning,fished the canal caught our five over in a half hour.spent the rest of the day searchn for the unders with no luck.what a buitiful day.the five overs were sure fat and good shape.they perfered fatheads more than any thing else.also caught a 18" large mouth I believe.

went out 2 times this last week first time got my one over in about and hour and second time got a 17 incher in about 45 mins... fished the channel both times. hit on a blue flicker shad.

fished the south end last night while the storm moved to the east. The wind switched around 7:30 and had some bites. Kept a couple unders.

Fished sat evening for 2 1/2 hours and got a 18 1/4 and 22in eyes then fished most of the day today and only caught a 23in cat.

Fished from the boat last night from 5-7 and caught four. Three slot and one over. The over was 19.5 and milking so I threw him back. Most of the fishing pressure was over on the face...we joined the crowd for 20 min. but didn't catch anything nor did we see any caught so called it a night. Water temp ranged from 53 to 49 depending where you were.

Tried to brave the waves in the boat but just got wet. So we parked the boat and fished the face of the dam with the SE wind. One guy caught an over, I caught a slot and one small mouth.

Went out last evening ended up getting a 4 person limit of our overs. Alot of nice fish still up in the canal. Going to be very crowded if your planning on heading out this weekend!

Fished the Channel right on the spill way must have got six bites but only caught one walleye at 17in. Used Jigs. Glad to see things are getting better out there.
