Arrived at the dead sea around 2 pm. Fished hard until dark. Caught nothing and no bites. Seen lots of ruff fish on the aqua view. Carp & drum bass do well in this lake. If you could get the carp to bite you might get some action. |

Rigged up to rip some lip found action slow as we only caught one walley 5" long, talked to several who were skunked action should pick up as ice begins to rot

Did the late evening at Keyhole,Saturday 30 FOW, 4 crappie one small pike. Sunday went to Healy reservoir, 4 miles north of Buffalo,Wy less than two hours to bag 50 perch 6>---> 10 inch size,3 trout,splake and a bass,kept the perch everything else went back in 12FOW very fast action good ice 24" and access. Moved to Lake Desmet,about 10 minutes North of Buffalo on I-90 25 FOW trout action was good,16 to 25 inchers and one Big Monster that never entered the hole,a real line ripper,ice is good,clear water great access! Next week I'll be on Orman and maybe Stockade,plus the sports show in Rapid..I guess Sheels is closing out thier Ice Gear at the show,should be good deals on Clam shelters....Ice season is winding down fast fellas.

caught lots of crappie and a couple cats near the dam. slow during the day but bite picked up about 3.Caught most on small minnows but got a few on meal worms. Water is very clear. I could see 20 feet down. There is no good place to buy bait near the lake. if you buy minnows at the bar you will get ripped off. |

started Pats point south/east end picked up small eyes 8 >--->14 F in structure,crappie were deep 20F hanging tight inside rocks strutures on camera; moved to Wind Creek 10:30am....west side of point 30F+ Ice conditions not favorable for ATV movement,Eyes were good size not agressive,lots of looks,moved in close to shore for crappie action picked up 2:30Pm.......5pm moved backout to 30F for evening eyes,picked off 3 keepers using glow jigs with double minnows....two tip-ups went off small-eyes back in

Havent left a report for a while. i have benn out three times since my last report and mostly caught crappie. although wed i had a buddy with me and he caught a real nice eye, was around 30 inches. |

Went out on 9 inches of ice early this morning. Lots of crappie I mean lots!! One 28 inch walleye at around 8 a.m I need a couple more of those on the ice good luck to yall |

went back out on the ice to see if anything would bite. caught 4 more little eyes the guys right next to me caught one decent fish around 25 inches. still fishing deap. last night were all on tip ups and bite was a real short bite that lasted about a half hour

Back on the ice for the evening bite. Fished 35 fow and found fish!!!!!! caught 6 eyes in about 45 min not the hogs i heard about but still fun. . . the fish on jigs and minnows were real light bites but the fish on chubby darters hit really agressive. idk if these reports are doing anygood for anybody but ill post for about the next three weeks good luck!

Went out Wed. 12/9 in the late morning for a couple hours with 2 friends. Flagged fished Pats Point and only had one flag go up which was in about 20-25 feet. It was -6 deg. and blowing so we called it quits around 3:00. There was a good 5-6 of ice.

Was back on the ice again saturday there was on average 5 inches. Once again only caught crappies. Saw one 30 inch eye on the ice. Found a school of eyes with the camera but were very inactive. Although talked to some guys who caught 7 walleyes along with a many crappie guna go to that spot wednesday. |

Hit the ice today for an evening bite. There was about 3 inches of ice. I graphed a few fish and caught a handfull of crappies. Don't know where the eye's are yet but hopefully will find out soon. There biting reeeal light Going to hit the ice again sat morning. GOOD LUCK
