Went out on Opitz Lake the past 3 weekends and have caught fish every time. The first two weekends, we had thin out a lot of little ones to get our keepers, but it was a blast. Trolled with nightcrawlers, bottombouncers and spinners the first two weekends. On Saturday of last weekend, we sat in the trees and used slip bobbers and caught a nice 20.5 inch walleye. On Sunday with the wind, we drifted and caught another nice 20.5 inch walleye out in the middle.

Lynn is a finicky lake from what I can tell. I think the evening bite and early morning bite is the time to fish it. Guys do well pitching cranks into shore, white jigs on rocky points, and some slip bobbering in the trees. I've only fished it twice, and caught one nice 'eye pulling cranks. It has some hawg walleyes, muskies, crappies and pike. There is an old flooded road grade near the boat ramp that guys fish off of. I hear it can be good.

Lynn Lake- I never got time to fish there last year, wanted to but just didnt get around to it., hoping to fish it this year after a couple tournaments here in June, what can i expect to catch there? what would be the best bait to use? and where on the lake would i go to get the best bite.  Hope somebody could help me out.
I have heard that ice fishing on this lake is really well, just wondering about spring/summer fishing.
Thanks

I talked to one guy at the boat ramp who caught 5 casting cranks into the shorelines. We did some of that, but it got too windy to do that effectively.

sdwxman -  we had the same luck on Saturday morning.  No eyes. Although, we caught one of the muskies they planted in there, and that was kind of cool to see.  We tried slipbobbers and jigs in a few different areas of flooded trees.
